More than 100 new affordable homes for families, singles and seniors to open at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Riverwalk in Vancouver’s River District

Vancouver, B.C. – Media are invited to attend the official launch of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Riverwalk, a new 109-unit affordable housing building developed in partnership with the Government of British Columbia, the City of Vancouver and S.U.C.C.E.S.S., one of the province’s largest social service agencies.

In attendance of the event will include Minister George Chow (Vancouver-Fraserview), Vancouver Mayor Kennedy Stewart, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. CEO Queenie Choo, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Board Chair Terry Yung, community stakeholders and partners.

There will be an opportunity after the ceremony for a media Q&A and photographs.
A tour of a building unit will be offered. (High resolution photos available by request.)

Date: Friday Nov. 26, 2021

Time: Ceremony starts at 2 p.m. Please arrive by 1:45 p.m.

Location: Amenity Room, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Riverwalk, 3185 Riverwalk Ave., Vancouver

This is an in-person event and proof of vaccination is expected.
